Thank you, Irina!

These are the dishes I did cook-along style with @irina.r.georgescu on Saturday night for her inaugural online cooking class. The theme was cornmeal, #mămăligă in Romanian. The layered pie made with spring onion, cheese and a bit of sour cream was great fun to make and the garlicky mushrooms and cucumber salad made a proper trio. The evening was really good fun, with fellow cooks from as far away as Canada. It made me realise how little I know about Romanian food. So much more to discover. Thank you, Irina!
